Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive manufacturing performance by leading CI initiatives across the facility. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities, implement Lean tools, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

The role emphasizes safety, cost reduction, and sustainable improvements, with a focus on 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma projects and strong leadership to guide

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Lean Management, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on operational experience in supply chain, engineering or manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles, Six Sigma and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety-first initiatives and maintain a zero-accident culture.
• Develop and manage CI budget and oversee CI initiatives to completion.
• Create Operational Excellence annual plan focusing on Lean tools and OEE improvements.
• Promote 5S, Lean, Six Sigma and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strengthen internal capabilities through training, succession planning and recruitment.
• Support root cause analysis and cross-functional problem solving within manufacturing.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Leadership to drive improvements.
