Modine Manufacturing Company in Ciudad Juárez, MX, seeks a hands-on engineer to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce waste, optimize processes, and cultivate a sustainable CI culture across operations.

You will train, coach, and develop competencies for personnel at multiple levels, collaborate with teams, and drive measurable performance gains through structured projects and robust training plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience implementing process improvement projects.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating work teams and group activities.
• Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for employees at different organizational levels.
