Connect Group N.V. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead efficiency initiatives across manufacturing and operations.

You will partner with the Operational Excellence Director to drive the roadmap, promote a culture of improvement, and deliver measurable gains. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM to identify bottlenecks, coach teams, monitor KPIs, and communicate progress to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in CI / Operational Excellence in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes.
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence Director to execute the roadmap.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and train teams on CI methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable, sustainable results.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on progress and outcomes.
