IBM Consulting is seeking a Process Delivery Specialist: Lead to Cash to drive end-to-end customer journeys across departments. You will optimize order-to-cash cycles, support pricing decisions, and ensure high-quality service while coordinating project efforts to meet client expectations.

Formación

• Exposure to managing the entire customer journey from lead to cash collection.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Delivery, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with processing orders and payments and ensuring accuracy.
• Experience supporting sales and pricing activities for revenue management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Complex Transactions: handle complex orders and payments with accuracy.
