Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Record to Report, you will manage and oversee daily transactions related to the financial record-keeping process. You will ensure timely and reliable financial data delivery, enabling informed decision-making for clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee and process daily transactions, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information. This involves ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights and support informed decision-making. This includes understanding key performance indicators and reconciling budgets.
  • Maintain Financial Controls: Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures, including forecasting and fixed assets management.
  • Deliver Accurate Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to clients, enabling them to make informed business decisions.
  • Reconcile Financial Information: Reconcile financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify and resolve discrepancies.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Exposure to Financial Record-Keeping: Experience working with financial record-keeping processes, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Exposure to data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, with an understanding of key performance indicators and budget reconciliation.
  • Financial Controls Knowledge: Experience working with financial controls and procedures, including forecasting and fixed assets management.
  • Financial Reporting Experience: Exposure to preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Transaction Management: Experience managing and overseeing daily transactions, ensuring data accuracy and completion, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Advanced Financial Analysis: Exposure to complex financial transactions, including data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, with an understanding of key performance indicators and budget reconciliation.
  • Financial Planning Knowledge: Experience working with financial controls and procedures, including forecasting and fixed assets management, to support informed decision-making.
  • Specialized Accounting Skills: Exposure to preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
