IBM Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Master Data Analyst to help maintain the accuracy of financial master data across multiple systems. You will partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure timely processing of data requests and compliance with policies and SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in financial systems or master data management, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial systems, master data management, finance operations, accounting, or related role.
• Experience working with ERP or enterprise business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines and SLAs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• English proficiency required.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrnsistency of financial master data across multiple systems. You will work closely with internal stity, and coakeholders and business teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of master data requests while maintaining compliance with established policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial systems, master data management, finance operations, accounting, or a related role.

• Experience working with ERP or enterprise business systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines and SLAs.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with Evolve, SAP or similar financial/master data management platforms.

• Experience supporting SAP master data processes.

• Knowledge of financial data governance, controls, and audit requirements.

• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, or master data transformation initiatives.

• Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or global delivery environment.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other workflow and ticket management platforms.

• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or other finance processes.

• Experience identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation.

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, macros, or VBA.

• Experience working with global teams and international stakeholders.
