Robert Bosch Group in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Test Manager / Test Coordinator to lead a global software testing organization across cloud, edge, device, and vehicle software products.

You will supervise manual and automated testing, drive CI/CD integration, establish test strategies, track KPIs, and mentor a diverse team of engineers worldwide. The role requires collaboration with global teams and customers to ensure release readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience leading software testing teams in global environments.
• Experience in automotive software, embedded systems, cloud/edge, or device software.
• Strong experience in manual testing, test automation, and CI/CD environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global software test organization, including resource planning and team development.
• Define and manage test strategy, scope, plans, schedules, and release-readiness criteria.
• Manage manual testing and test automation activities; ensure CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate different levels of testing (unit, integration, system, regression, performance).
• Track progress, coverage, defects, risks, and KPIs; ensure traceability across requirements and tests.
• Lead defect triage and ensure proper logging, prioritization, and verification.
• Produce test status reports and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
