Goods & Services in Mexico is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Test to tackle challenging problems, design automation strategies, and build features that improve customer experience and efficiency in the software build and delivery process. This is a hybrid role.

You will lead test automation efforts, collaborate with engineers and product owners, and ensure test coverage aligns with QA processes, while mentoring teammates and driving quality throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, technical and team leadership.
• Experience with Test Automation Frameworks and adaptive AI for testing.
• CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, Elastic/Kibana, application performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Translate acceptance criteria to technical automation scripts and integrate with Test Automation framework and CI/CD pipeline.
• Lead automation projects and write automation scripts for test cases and interface with automation testing framework.
• Provide progress updates to Project manager and reporting manager.
• Ensure alignment with project schedule and timely delivery.
• Ensure functional requirements and business processes are tested per QA processes.
