AgileEngine in Puebla, Mexico seeks a Senior SDET to elevate quality across Web and API layers. You will build scalable automation frameworks in Java, REST Assured, and Playwright, embedding tests into CI/CD to speed reliable releases.

You will mentor engineers, define testing strategy, and drive a quality-first culture across squads, with flexible work options and USD-based compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java for a developer-first QA.
• Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Deep understanding of shift-left testing and CI/CD integration.
• Ability to work independently and guide quality initiatives.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web and API layers.
• Define the automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable releases.
• Create comprehensive API automation suites to ensure microservices integrity.
• Implement and manage frontend automation scripts for top-tier UX.
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices and foster a quality-first culture.
