You will drive the adoption of automated test frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality delivery through clear standards. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, advanced English skills, and strong leadership capabilities. Formación

• 4+ years in SDET / SWET position.
• Advanced English speaking skills (80-95%).
• Experience in leading QA initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA initiatives across API and backend testing.
• Design and execute API test strategies.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of automated test frameworks.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA engineers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product leaders.
• Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Oversee defect management and resolution.
