AgileEngine LLC in León, Mexico, is seeking a driven QA Automation Engineer to build regression automation, perform manual testing, and ensure quality across SDLC. You will collaborate with product teams, leverage GitHub, drive testing strategies, and participate in on-call rotations; 3+ years required in QA and automated testing, plus experience with Gherkin and modern frameworks.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A holistic quality mindset to improve processes and product quality.
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that validate app functionality.
• Manual testing of software for validation and accuracy against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests and more.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fail conditions and link to bugs.
• Identify and elevate risks to quality of product or process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC and releases.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to feed testing strategy with user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and estimation of effort for planning.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repositories and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
