Jabil Malaysia is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle recruiting for a range of technical and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and attract top talent.

You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and internal databases, conduct in-depth interviews, and present strong candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting, with 2+ years in a lead/senior role.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing/tech roles preferred.
• Proficient with ATS; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to plan staffing and craft job descriptions.
• Source passive/active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, events, networks, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation guidelines.
• Maintain ATS data, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior recruiters and stay updated on TA trends.
• Lead special talent acquisition projects and diversity initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process.Job Responsibilities**Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, for a diverse range of technical and professional positions.Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, professional networks, and internal databases.Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of Jabil.Negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support on best practices and recruitment techniques.Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment processes.Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Job Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiting role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, and corporate functions.Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other professional networks.Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.TEN CUIDADO CON LOS FRAUDES: Las oportunidades laborales legítimas en Jabil se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web oficial Jabil.com.
