The ideal candidate will guide cloud architecture on AWS, promote AI adoption, and align engineering outcomes with business goals while maintaining high standards.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect.
• Expertise in Python development, code reviews, optimizations.
• Background in designing Cloud environments, with emphasis on AWS.
• Understanding of business goals to manage stakeholder interactions.
• Experience leading distributed teams and inspiring engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, mentor, and promote growth; provide feedback and align team efforts with goals.
• Promote AI adoption and scale infrastructure while upholding ethics.
• Establish a software development framework aligned with project goals.
• Stay informed about Python ecosystem advances and adopt relevant updates.
• Participate in SWAT activities to resolve critical challenges.
• Present technical solutions effectively to customers and stakeholders.
