EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead DevOps Automation Engineer to drive automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native platforms. You will author Python tooling, architect GitHub Actions workflows, and scale self-hosted runners in enterprise environments.

You should have 5+ years in DevOps/automation, strong Python, experience leading teams, and hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and security best practices. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or automation engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams.
• Advanced Python expertise with production-grade scripts and tooling for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and production-grade environments.
• Experience configuring, managing, and scaling DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Author, test, and support Python tooling for automated infrastructure management and pipelines.
• Architect, configure, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows with advanced features.
• Set up and scale self-hosted runners in restricted enterprise environments.
• Create reusable workflows using workflow_call, composite actions, and manage action versions.
• Containerize Python automation workflows with Docker or Podman and deploy to enterprise registries.
