Job summary

You will lead and develop the production team, monitor metrics such as productivity and safety, and work with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, preferably in production or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work ShiftB. Experience leading and supervising teams.

What Production Operation contributes to Cardinal Health Manufacturing is responsible for production and maintenance activities, including cost control, process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, safety, employee engagement, and environmental stewardship.

The General Production Supervisor coordinates and oversees production operations for the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with the production plan and achievement of quality, productivity, cost, and safety objectives. This role leads the team and collaborates with support functions to ensure operational continuity and drive continuous improvement.

Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, verify production records, and communicate results, issues, and priorities across shifts. Promote a safe work environment, ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures, and promptly elevate deviations that may affect products or operations.

Qualifications 4–8 years of experience, preferably in production or manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. Advanced English proficiency. Availability to work ShiftB Experience leading and supervising teams. Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
