Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Mechanical or related engineering field or 3-5 years in production supervision.
• 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise the production/assembly line to meet deadlines.
• Direct work assignments and coordinate with teams and departments.
• Monitor housekeeping and enforce health, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records; take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs and manage inventory analysis.
