Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations and special projects to ensure efficiency and alignment with daily order fulfillment goals.
• Evaluate and improve processes and manage labor, packaging, and maintenance budgets.
• Prepare performance reports and develop staff through scheduling, training, and evaluations.
