Smartly is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of our platform by deeply understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and defining product experiences that deliver impact. You will lead discovery alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers, translating insights and complex customer workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences.

You will mentor designers, contribute to our design system, work closely with advertisers, and help evolve

Formación

• Experience turning ambiguous problems into clear product experiences.
• Strong product discovery, including user interviews and prototyping.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and align with product/engineering leadership.
• Experience designing complex digital product workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Shape product direction by clarifying problems and opportunities.
• Lead design work from discovery to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Validate problems with customers and test design concepts.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and leaders.
• Design intuitive features for advertising workflows.
• Contribute to cohesive end-to-end experiences including AI-native features.
• Mentor other designers to strengthen design practices.
