Smartly is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape our platform by deeply understanding advertiser needs and turning insights into intuitive product experiences. You will lead discovery with cross-functional partners, translating complex workflows into actionable design directions and guiding teams through implementation.

You will mentor designers and contribute to a unified design system while collaborating on AI-native features and high-quality experiences across the platform.

Formación

• Experience designing complex digital products and leading the design process end-to-end.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product experiences.
• Strong discovery skills, including user interviews, research, prototyping, and validation.
• Excellent communication to align cross-functional teams around design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Shape product direction by identifying high-impact opportunities and clarifying problems.
• Lead design work from discovery to delivery, including research, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, validate problems, and test experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, designers, researchers, and leadership to align on outcomes.
• Design intuitive product features that reveal value quickly amid complex advertising workflows.
• Contribute to end-to-end experiences across the Smartly platform, including AI-native experiences.
• Mentor and coach other designers to strengthen team design practices.
