Job summary

LawnStarter is hiring a Lead Product Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across the Pro (supply) side of our marketplace. You’ll partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.

You’ll lead modeling, analysis, and reporting, owning the data-driven culture and ensuring dashboards and datasets are easy to use and trusted across teams. This role emphasizes autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data modeling across large marketplaces or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics and scripting.
• Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and warehousing.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own modeling and analysis end-to-end, including experiments and multivariate analyses.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics.
• Participate in analytics engineering to deliver clean datasets powering reports.
