Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, South Campus, seeks a Process Engineer to lead troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

You will define and implement manufacturability improvements, drive ECOs, establish robust process parameters, and support SMT, PTH, and related production steps while guiding process transfers and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in EMS manufacturing with SMT and PTH processes.
• Experience in NPI, high-volume/high-mix production, and customer-facing roles.
• Previous people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet cost/quality/delivery targets.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Lead ECOs and implement process controls and capital equipment.
• Transfer new processes and provide training to production personnel.
