Flex is seeking a Process Engineer for our Guadalajara North site to support production and continuous improvement initiatives. You will report to the Test Engineering Manager and help establish robust processes while addressing audits and customer-related countermeasures.

The role emphasizes working with electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and new technology transfer with production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and audits.

Aufgaben

• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
• Trouble shoot process related issues.
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Evaluate and select semi automate and automate machines to improve the process.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Experience in attention in audits.
• Experience with Customer Service and countermeasures and analysis of customer complaints.
