Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance team and coordinate programs ensuring safe, timely, and efficient operation of all machinery. The role focuses on maintaining high equipment reliability and improving maintenance processes across facilities.

Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety standards is essential, with extensive experience in facilities, water treatment, and electrical substations. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• Experience in plant maintenance, programs, and processes.
• Experience with production, productivity, quality, safety, and health standards.
• Experience in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Facilities management and water treatment systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manages plant maintenance staff, programs, and processes to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensures preventive and periodic maintenance schedules; supervises emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support.
• Sets maintenance goals, schedules, workload distribution and performance management for staff.
• Oversees maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Keeps systems running by implementing preventive maintenance and conducting tests.
