We’re seeking a LEAD PIPELINE ENGINEER to support our Pipelines – Global Consulting team. In this role, you will lead and deliver tailings and water management projects from concept through execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across offices and business lines while ensuring technical excellence, budget control, and successful project outcomes.

About the role

• Lead the development of a new Mexican pipeline systems team, supporting delivery projects in collaboration with other businesses lines with presence in the Country.
• Manage and execute project deliverables across all phases – from concept to execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business and technical needs
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across offices and business lines
• Provide technical leadership on tailings and water management projects
• Support proposal development, project planning, and budget monitoring
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process or Civil Engineering
• Experience in hydraulics and pumping systems
• Familiarity with pipeline systems for a range of commodities
• Strong understanding of project delivery phases and controls: Concept OoM, PFS, FS, and execution
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in proposal writing and client presentations
• Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
