Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting arm delivering high-impact projects for issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs and governments across the region. VIS implements and optimizes Visa products in client environments to drive activation, growth, and efficiency.

The role leads end-to-end technology implementations, coordinates cross-functional teams, and interfaces with clients, translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years with a PhD
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology, mainly kanban and scrum
• Experience as a Product Manager or Tech Lead integrating product and technology domains

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical squads, ensuring seamless delivery across scope, timelines, and KPIs.
• Define and execute project governance with clear accountability.
• Act as main interface between clients and internal teams for alignment and timely decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain a client-focused, value-driven delivery throughout the lifecycle.
