Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Oracle Integrations Lead to design and deliver complex integrations for healthcare clients using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will act as a technical leader, architecting solutions, governing implementations, and mentoring a team of integration developers.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, systems integration, or related technical roles.
• 5+ years designing and implementing integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud and OIC.
• Experience leading technical teams on large Oracle Cloud projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency for client interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise integrations using OIC.
• Serve as technical integration lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related apps.
• Design and implement complex integrations between Oracle SaaS and third‑party or legacy systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure integration architectures and data mappings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and teams.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support; establish governance practices.
