Job summary

Wabtec's LEAD Operations rotational development program in Mexico is a 2-year early‑career path with four rotations of six months each, exposing you to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS and guiding your off‑program placement into a role that advances your career.

We seek graduates with a four‑year degree in supply chain, engineering or related technical fields, with GPA ≥ 9/10, and willingness to travel or relocate to the United States.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related technical field.
• Graduating between June 2026 or December 2026.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the United States.
• Overall GPA ≥ 9/10 (based on a 10-point scale).
• Open to applicants with US visa.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS.
• Engage in leadership and technical training and contribute to program operations.
• Relocate as needed and network with senior leadership.
