Rockwell Automation offers a Leadership Development Program in Tecate, Mexico. This three-year program accelerates growth for future leaders and technical experts through four six-month rotations across Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials Industrialization, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.

Associates complete a year-long capstone in plant supervision, pursue electives in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics, and receive mentoring while developing skills in data analysis, project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in three-year rotations focused in Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Complete one elective rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics and a year-long capstone in plant supervision.
• Receive individualized mentoring and develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership.
