Johnson Controls in Durango, Mexico offers a two-year Supply Chain & Operations Rotational program for recent graduates. You will complete four 6-month assignments across supplier planning, production scheduling, materials planning, procurement, lean/CI, quality, and logistics, building leadership potential and business acumen.

You will analyze data, assist supplier evaluations, optimize capacity and cycle times, support lean initiatives, and monitor KPIs for efficient operations.

Formación

• Relevant internship experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Dive into dynamic data collection and insightful analysis.
• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation.
• Excel in the art of Production Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning, and Supplier Coordination while providing valuable support.
• Oversee daily production support, capacity management, scheduling analysis, and optimizing cycle times.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs; maintain reports for material availability.
