Job summary

Wabtec invites early-career engineers to join the LEAD Operations rotational program in Mexico. The 2-year path offers four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS, with leadership training and exposure to senior leaders. Relocation support is provided to place you where needed.

Graduates between June 2026 and December 2026 with 1–2 years of related experience and a willingness to travel or relocate within the United States are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related technical fields.
• Graduating between June 2026 and December 2026.
• 1–2 years of experience post-education are acceptable for early career.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the United States.
• Open to applicants with US visa; GPA ≥ 9 on a 10-point scale.

Responsibilities

• Participate in LEAD Operations rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS.
• Engage in leadership and technical training during the program.
• Assist in program operations and develop cross-functional networks.
