Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Mexico offers LEAD Operations, a 2-year rotational program designed to build future leaders in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS. Four rotations of six months each provide broad exposure and intent to place you in a role post-program.

You will receive leadership and technical training, relocation lump sum, and opportunities to work with senior leaders across locations like Arteaga and others.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in relevant technical fields.
• Graduating between June 2026 and December 2026.
• 1–2 years of experience out of school (early career accepted).
• Willingness to travel and relocate with the United States.
• Open to applicants with US visa.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS.
• Develop leadership and technical skills, contribute to program operations.
• Relocate as needed to program locations and collaborate with senior leadership.
