Regal Rexnord invites ambitious graduates to join its Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program in Mexico. Over 24 months, you will complete three eight‑month rotations across six focus areas, including category management, planning, supplier quality, program management, SIOP, and logistics. Qualifications

• Excellent academic record, Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• College academic average 9.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Mobility for rotations across Regal Rexnord locations in Mexico.
• Bilingual – Spanish/English.

Responsabilités

• Cross-functional exposure across rotations in six focus areas.
• Report and present KPI-driven supplier strategies to leadership.
• Develop broad business and leadership competencies in supply chain.
• Support continuous improvement and shareholder value through best practices.
• Build and apply technical knowledge across functional areas during rotations.
