Cimpress Technology is seeking a Lead Implementation Support Engineer to provide technical and operational leadership for the Implementation Support team, ensuring deployment, configuration, validation and stabilization of UI-based workflow solutions across customer and manufacturing environments.

You will guide Implementation Support Engineers in configuring workflows, operator UIs, business rules, integrations, user roles, permissions, and application settings.

Formación

• 6+ years in app implementation, tech support, or systems engineering.
• Experience configuring enterprise or web-based apps.
• Understanding of client-server architectures and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS and Git version control.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for customer and manufacturing site implementations.
• Lead deployment, configuration, testing, rollout, and stabilization of UI-based manufacturing apps.
• Guide engineers in configuring workflows, UIs, rules, integrations, and permissions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, partnering with Engineering on defects.
• Establish implementation standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Ops, IT, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements.
• Validate app functionality and troubleshoot deployment and production issues.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain implementation docs and SOPs.
• Train end users and supervisors on functionality and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering for enhancements.
