Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Sr. LIMS Engineer to provide L2/L3 support and development for LabVantage or other LIMS across global sites in a remote-capable role. You will troubleshoot incidents, implement configurations, and support data integrations with ERP/MES systems.

The role emphasizes compliance with GMP/GxP, change control, and validation activities, with collaboration across Quality, R&D, and IT teams. 7+ years in LIMS and strong SQL/REST/SOAP skills are required.

Formación

• Hands-on LIMS support/development in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/SQL Server and API usage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for LIMS across global sites (24x5)
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and problems within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions
• Design, develop, and implement LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations
• Integrate LIMS with instruments, ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, and data platforms
• Assist validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain audit trails
• Manage release cycles, patches, and upgrades; participate in CAB meetings
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and site lab teams; provide training and documentation
