Hunter Douglas is seeking a Sr Manager Oracle HCM to lead global HRIS initiatives, focusing on Oracle HCM and integration with Payroll and HR. The role requires strategic oversight of data integrity, reporting, testing, and vendor relationships to support business goals.
You will partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to implement workflows, manage changes, and train end users, while guiding a team to optimize system use and ensure compliant releases.

The HRIT Sr Manager Oracle HCM is responsible for technical ownership and leadership as it relates to the Human Resources Information System, Oracle and other HR Technologies, globally for Hunter Douglas. This analytical individual will be responsible for project management between the Payroll and HR team, day-to‑day system maintenance, data integrity, vendor relationships, administrative oversight, and ongoing system testing and improvements. The HRIS Manager also supports report writing and data analysis for business initiatives and decision‑making.
Previous global company experience preferred.
