Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to own the end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and GRC. You will define governance, design scalable integration patterns, and lead multi-year platform roadmaps with a focus on automation and data governance.

You will mentor developers and platform teams, collaborate with EA, security, and IT leadership to ensure secure, scalable deployments and continuous improvement across enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.

Formación

10+ years IT experience with ServiceNow platform
Proven enterprise-scale ServiceNow design/implementation
Experience as Senior Developer/Lead Architect/Engineer

Descripción del empleo

Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across all modules and integrations.
Develop and maintain a multi-year platform roadmap aligned to ITSM maturity, automation goals, and business priorities.
Lead the transition from initial implementation to a governed, scalable platform operating model.
Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, architecture designs, workflow automation, data models, CMDB structures, and integration patterns.
Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance, standards, architectural guardrails, development standards, integration frameworks, and data/CMDB governance models.
Lead architecture review processes and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
Lead post-go-live stabilization and implement the governance model.
Define architecture for SLA-driven ITSM processes, Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident improvements.
Establish a structured ServiceNow delivery and support operating model.
Identify and remediate platform inefficiencies, technical debt, and process gaps.
Drive workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
Define reusable patterns to increase automation and reduce manual effort.
Enable self-service, knowledge-driven support, and proactive problem management.
Define and lead integration strategy between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Drive integration expansion across HR systems, identity, and endpoint management tools.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and data teams.
Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and platform teams.
Mentor team members and review and approve solution designs and technical implementations.
Oversee architecture across requirements, design, build, deploy, and optimize lifecycle stages.
Support large-scale implementations, upgrades, and platform changes.
Define release management, upgrade, and regression strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
Facilitate architecture workshops and translate technical decisions into business impact.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience, with 12+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Prior experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Engineer, or Architect.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
ITSM expertise required; experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC preferred.
Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integration design.
Strong experience with workflow automation and process design.
Strong experience with CMDB and data architecture.
Strong understanding of platform scalability and performance.
Strong understanding of security architecture and access controls.
Strong understanding of upgrade and release management.
Strong leadership and decision-making capability.
Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform integrity.
Significant experience in cloud software development, including designing, developing, and debugging scalable solutions.
Experience leading scrum teams or software architecture development.
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
Experience with Git, continuous integration, and automated testing frameworks.
Significant working knowledge of SharePoint, Jira, Rally, and Clarity PPM.
Experience working in a DevOps model.
Passion for new technologies and innovation.
