EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge strategy with hands-on delivery across a distributed, multi-team environment.

You will shape architecture, lead UI/API work, and drive complex integrations across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and HR systems. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, align roadmaps with an engaged delivery pod in India, and ensure secure, observable, and reusable code throughout enterprise

Formación

• Over five years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience guiding and managing development teams for at least a year.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React expertise.
• Backend development with Node.js or Python and API/integration design.
• Proven track record shipping AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with AWS services and enterprise authentication (SSO/Okta).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR to align schedules for real-time teamwork.
• Translate loosely scoped internal use cases into architecture plans, UX/flow blueprints, API contracts, and a build-ready backlog for the India-based delivery team.
• Lead integration efforts across enterprise tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Coordinate daily with the India-based pod to clarify questions, review PRs, remove obstacles, and protect quality before release.
• Create prototypes for UI elements, agent flow logic, or MCP/LLM integration paths; hand off production-ready backlog to the India team.
• Incorporate security, observability, and reusability into every build to yield lasting solutions.

This role bridges strategic business goals with day-to-day technical execution across a geographically dispersed, cross-departmental organization. You'll bring structured engineering discipline to ambiguous, rapidly evolving problems, while playing a hand in shaping how the company embraces emerging technology.
