EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business needs with technical execution across a distributed environment. You will design architectures, APIs, and agentic workflows connecting Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM, coordinating with the India-based team.

You will tackle complex integrations, authentication, RBAC, and production cutover, applying AWS services and modern frontend/backend tech. English communication with US stakeholders is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript with React (or similar) frontends.
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python; strong API & integration design.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered solutions (tool calling, RAG, agents, MCP, prompts).
• Translate stakeholder workshops into concrete architecture and a buildable backlog.
• AWS delivery experience: Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch; enterprise auth (SSO/Okta, RBAC).
• Fluent English for technical discussions with US-based stakeholders (B2 level+).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with product owners and IT, Sales, Finance, HR to align hours for real-time collaboration.
• Convert loosely defined use cases into architecture, UX/flow design, API contracts, and a backlog for the India-based team.
• Design and integrate agentic workflows connecting Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Own complex integration challenges: authentication, MCP access, data contracts, RBAC, error handling, production cutover.
• Collaborate daily with the India-based pod: clarify requirements, review PRs, resolve blockers, safeguard release quality.
• Build prototypes (UI, agent flow, MCP/LLM paths) and transition to production backlog for the India team.
• Prioritize security, observability, and reusability so each agent becomes a durable asset.
