EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge business needs and hands-on delivery across a distributed org.

You’ll shape architecture, drive modern tech adoption, and guide teams through ambiguous use cases into production-ready backlogs. In this role you’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, crafting scalable solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js or Python, and AWS.

• Five-plus years of practical, relevant full-stack engineering experience with a delivery track record.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR to align schedules and enable live collaboration.
• Translate ambiguous use cases into concrete architecture, UX/flow designs, API specs, and a buildable backlog for the team.
• Architect and connect agentic workflows across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Drive integration work including authentication setup, MCP tool access, data contracts, RBAC, and production go-live.
• Engage daily with the India-based team to clarify requirements, review PRs, remove blockers, and ensure release quality.
• Develop prototypes spanning UI work, agent flow design, or MCP/LLM implementations, then pass back a production-ready backlog.
