EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep Java and GCP expertise to guide architecture and delivery of modern commerce platforms.

You will design backend services, mentor engineers, and help implement AI-assisted checkout flows while driving quality, security, and scalability across teams. The role requires 5+ years in software development, strong leadership experience, and proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and cloud environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Backend with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend with React.js.
• Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure.
• Strong communication in English (B2+).
