EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico seeks an experienced .NET Tech Lead to guide our development teams in building high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will provide technical direction, drive architecture decisions, and ensure on-time delivery while mentoring engineers and improving development processes to minimize technical debt.

Responsibilities include leading debugging, implementing best practices, and collaborating with global teams on AWS/Azure/GCP projects, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.

Formación

• Experience leading software development teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and testing practices.
