EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Software Engineer to lead an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will drive end-to-end development, design scalable architectures, and deliver production-ready services with FastAPI and Python.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with business users, and ensure reliability, security, and performance across cloud deployments using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

We are looking for a Chief Software Engineer to build a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform that rapidly iterates with business users to deliver chat, reporting, and bespoke interfaces for investment workflows.
