EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an Advanced Software Engineering Manager to lead delivery of an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will own end-to-end backend and AI features in a high-autonomy environment, collaborating with a hands-on team to ship robust solutions.

You will design end-to-end architectures, deploy production-grade Python services with FastAPI, and integrate LLM capabilities for investment workflows, ensuring reliability and fast iteration.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience (8+ years).
• Hands-on FastAPI experience.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and Gen AI development.
• High autonomy and ability to drive work from concept to delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end solutions for an AI-powered financial assistant platform.
• Build backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI.
• Integrate LLM capabilities for chat, reporting, and interfaces for investment workflows.
• Own system design decisions and define low-level requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality through testing, monitoring, and robust error handling.
