Job summary

Baker Hughes is launching the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program for recent engineering graduates. This three-and-a-half-year, globally oriented program combines classroom learning, field execution, mentoring, and structured progression to prepare you for leadership roles in field engineering.

You will train, work on live customer operations, and rotate through multiple environments, with significant travel and non-standard hours, to develop technical and leadership capabilities leading to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in the last 12 months or within the past year.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured bootcamps, on-job training, and competency-based development.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers at customer sites.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support field operations.
