Baker Hughes is offering the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program in Mexico for recent engineering graduates. The 3.5-year development tracks you from training to field deployment, with hands-on experience and mentoring across global customer operations.

You will complete competency milestones, gain experience in multiple operational environments, and travel domestically and internationally as part of your progression. Strong English skills and a willingness to travel are required.

Formación

• Graduating in 2027.1 or within the previous 12 months.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in hands-on technical work and field operations.
• Willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps and on-the-job training.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment.
• Apply procedures and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations.
• Travel and rotate across multiple environments and sites.
• Mentor, shadow colleagues, and progress through competency levels.
• Complete milestones for program graduation.
