Job summary

Baker Hughes invites recent engineering graduates to join the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program in Mexico. This accelerated three-and-a-half-year path combines classroom training, field experience, mentoring, and cross-functional rotations to prepare for leadership opportunities in field engineering.

You will work with experienced engineers on live customer operations, rotate through different environments, and complete a capstone project as you progress to a field engineer role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed within the last 12 months.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, three-and-a-half-year development program with bootcamps, field training, and rotations.
• Support field operations alongside experienced engineers at customer sites across multiple environments.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through competency-based progression and capstone project.
