The Baker Hughes LEAD Field Engineer Development Program is a structured, three-and-a-half-year pathway for recent engineering graduates to become field engineers. It combines classroom training, field execution, mentoring, and hands-on customer operations to accelerate readiness for future leadership roles.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, support critical customer operations worldwide, travel extensively, and complete milestones required for program graduation.

• Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering within the previous 12 months.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in hands-on technical work and field operations.
• Be willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.

• Coordinate with operational teams, service delivery personnel and customers to ensure successful execution of work.
