Job summary

Baker Hughes invites recent engineering graduates to join the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program in Mexico. This accelerated, three-and-a-half-year track combines structured training, field experience, coaching, and mobility to prepare future technical and operational leaders.

You will progress through competency stages, undertake capstone projects, and gain hands-on experience in diverse operating environments, with travel and rotations across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in hands-on technical work and field operations.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps, on-the-job training, and competency-based development.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers at live sites.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations.
• Coordinate with operational teams, service delivery personnel, and customers to ensure successful execution.
