BairesDev is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to shape architecture for an enterprise AI assistant and lead the orchestration across multiple agents. You will stay hands-on in code, influence data retrieval, and drive evaluation strategies.

You will mentor distributed teams and influence future hires while working remotely on high-impact, globally relevant AI initiatives. Excellent compensation in USD or local currency is offered.

Formación

• 8+ years of Python experience.
• Proven experience owning an agentic/LLM platform end-to-end in production.
• Deep expertise with LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent orchestration and tool/skill invocation.
• Strong LLM evaluation experience, including offline evals and golden dataset design.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with agent-to-agent communication (A2A) and service-to-service integration.
• Experience with model gateways and routing (Bedrock or LiteLLM).
• Experience with LangSmith tracing and eval harness construction.
• Experience with streaming over WebSockets, LangGraph API, or similar.
• CI/CD and observability for AI services, including SLOs and eval regression gates.
• Distributed systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Set technical direction and own architecture for an enterprise-scale AI platform.
• Design multi-agent orchestration and routing across specialized agents.
• Own retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Build and evolve the evaluation harness for AI system behavior.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and guide technical hiring decisions.
