BairesDev, a global software engineering leader, is seeking a Senior AI & Python Engineer to design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems. You will drive backend architecture, integrate LLMs, and ensure robust MLOps in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will work with cloud deployments, AI workflows, and agentic frameworks, collaborating with teams worldwide. Strong Python expertise, 5+ years of experience, and excellent English are required for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Python development and building production-grade AI systems.
• Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic or model orchestration frameworks.
• Solid hands-on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows.
• Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and construct robust backend applications and AI-driven workflows.
• Integrate complex language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments.
• Design and deploy scalable pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows.
• Implement automated MLOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud deployments.
